Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• In case of operator canceling due to bad weather or unforeseen circumstances the customers will receive a full refund

• Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the private charter date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 – 6 days will incur a 50% fee of the total booking price. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the private charter start won’t be refunded. You may cancel by phone or by email.
